A values-led and inclusive leader, Helen is passionate about helping people, teams and organisations embrace the power of diversity, equity and inclusion. Helen has experience in transforming mindsets and workplaces to deliver real change, both through leading DEI-specific initiatives and embedding inclusive practices more broadly.
Over the course of 17 years working in secure government, building and leading teams in complex technical environments, Helen's passion for creating inclusive environments grew. She cultivated a wider remit leading key diversity and inclusion initiatives across the organisation, delivering real change for both business and people.
Looking for a new challenge, and with a desire to help more people embrace the benefits of diverse and inclusive workplaces, Helen set up Inclusive Leaders to share her knowledge and passion. She is driven by the belief that diversity and inclusion fuels innovation and unlocks untapped potential, and wants to empower individuals and organisations to realise those benefits.
